Dr. Joseph Schneider, the founder of Hope Brain & Body Recovery Center, isn’t just another doctor. Dr. “Joe” is also a patient! He continues to miraculously recover from a severe stroke in 2017 thanks to the support of his family, his colleagues in Chiropractic Functional Neurology and his decades of experience treating thousands of neurological cases.

“ I can say that since I had three concussions and my own stroke, I understand what a patient feels and what they go through, and the drama they go through to get the perseverance and the energy to overcome all the deficiencies and all the problems that stroke brings. Having done this for 30 years and experienced the effects of it and what you need to do to come back from a hurt brain […], what it takes not only emotionally physically, and dietary wise and exercise-wise, I’ve learned a lot and I am really in a position now it’s recovering from the stroke and coming back to be more of service to humanity than I ever have had before. ”

“Up until two months ago, I went through life with a constant cloud of anxiety over my head. It lingered for so long, that at thirteen years old, I finally accepted that this was how the rest of my life was going to be. I used to dread attending school, speaking in front of people, eating out at restaurants, going to the mall with friends, and more. Over a course of twenty sessions, I was able to decrease my anxiety by over seventy percent.”
